AJ SAYS: Not quite pain free but this week I get to do bodyweight squats (yes I’m holding a 25lbs plate but that’s what I was weighing back in Jan). I’m using the box as pain in the tendons come from the highest amount of pressure going from eccentric to concentric part of the squat. Using the box allows me to defuse that tension.
