Do you play recreational sports but also hold down a day job? Have you also been injured playing soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, or other rec league sports?
Sports are unpredictable. If something catches you off guard, or you do a movement you are not prepared for, there is a good chance you will get hurt.
This is why drilling and practice is so important.
To perform a task virtually a thousand times in order to make sure you stick it everytime in reality.

Here we have @davestonedatwork currently in stage 5 of his rehabilitation process of his ACL tear in which we are working on getting normal function and confidence back into his knee.
Through a series of progressions we built him up into lateral leaps coupled with a change of direction moving into a sprint.
Although he still has some inefficiencies, there has been great improvement in his movement, agility, and speed on the field. So much so that even his older brother complimented him on the progress in the soccer field, a feat never accomplished before...
