Took a drive up to Estes Park for lunch, then a little fall foliage cruise through Rocky Mountain National Park before heading home. Peak colors are still 3-5 days away, but it was still a wonder to behold, especially at the higher altitudes. The different yellows and oranges of the aspen leaves were incredible. We waved back at the small grove of golden quaking #aspens that appeared to be greeting us. In other news, we learned on the trip up today that Zo has the same travel tummy issues🤢 his sister does. So he got a new outfit in Estes Park, I slathered on some TummyGize, he ate a good lunch, then slept the entire ride through the park and almost all the way home. So happy I thought to put that oil in my bag before we left!! It’s #magical and should never not be with me. 🌿✨
The more #gratitude I feel and express, the more good that comes my way. Have you noticed that? Counting my many #blessings , not the least of which is the #freedom we have to take off for the #mountains at a moment’s notice. The #universe is listening! I have been wanting to get out of town for a while, and kept seeing myself driving through the #fall aspen #foliage. Today as we were driving up, I saw my #angel number 27 seven times. It was meant to be. ✨🙏🏻 Thank you universe! As we were leaving town we saw a few police cars with lights on and officers out of their car. In true mountain town fashion, they were there to keep the tourists from bothering the handful of huge bull elk that were meandering around the main intersection and park downtown.
