Travel tip, if you go to San Francisco, don't go see the bridge before 3pm.. I took these around 1:30 and it was still this foggy. Apparently it's this foggy almost every morning and by late afternoon the sun cuts through and the bridge is visible again! That's why so many photo's of this bridge are of it just peaking out of the clouds!
I took this hour long boat tour under the bridge then around Alcatraz, sooo worth it. It's also super eery under there, you can't see very far but all you hear is other ships horns. *
1/500, f/5.6, iso 200, 28mm. I really tried to find someway to show the true size of this bridge. It's tough being out in open waters to find something to show perspective, but if you see in the second photo there is a ferry at the bottom, that ferry is the same as what I was on and holds 500 people, and is probably about 50' out of the water. Really went with a very washed out warm vibe on these photos, that's what I was feeling when I was there. When I review the video I took I'm going to make it more eery and scary feeling.
