I’ve been pretty quiet on insta lately and in a few weeks y’all will be hearing a lot more from me, but I couldn’t let today go by without mentioning how grateful I am for my health!
Today is #worldibdday which isn’t really a holiday to celebrate for most but for me it’s a day to reflect on how far my health has come since experiencing my first symptoms in 2014
In my worst times, I couldn’t wear a dress, I couldn’t eat much of anything, I was living a miserable and chained life. I phased in and out of depression led by massive anxiety attacks. Thoughts Of never meeting a man who would love me even at my worst.
The Summer who was ridden with disease would not believe where we are now! But if you’re there, if you’re that low, just find the light
I challenge you to pull yourself up and with a grateful heart name 3 things you’re thankful for! And even when you think you don’t even have three remember these:
1️⃣eyes to see
2️⃣ears to hear
Now I hope you have all of these things but they are what got me through!
And the people who changed my health @centered_wellness @upstate_lipo_laser @heatherstylesfurr @carl_w_hocker 💞
