Took some inspiration from @carlyschoolyfitness and decided to do a transformation post today & I am incredibly PROUD at how far I have come! 🙏🏼⁣ ⁣ The girl on the right was not healthy, ate like shit everyday, did not workout, and was feeling depressed, sad, and angry about life. That girl made up all kinds of excuses and felt “sorry” for herself and had zero drive, ambition, and very little confidence....🙅🏼‍♀️Yeah I went through some health issues but I used that as an excuse to not put my health first...😭 ⁣ ⁣ Skip two years later and this strong, confident, and healthy girl is so dang PROUD of herself! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I stopped making excuses, got my ass into the gym, started making healthier nutritional decisions and WORKED REAL HARD! 👊🏼 If I can do it... you can do it!!! All you have to do is find your reason why and put that before the cravings, the excuses, & the doubts.. 🏋️‍♀️

Today was lower body day, although I always cheat an make sure I hit my abs lol. But this is one of my favorite booty and thigh workouts. I usually do 3 sets and 20 reps. I also go backwards with it kicking my leg back. You can also do this at home without the weight, I would do at least 30 reps. This will have u toned up and booty poking mamas!

AMRAP (20 min): 10 push press, 10 burpees, 10 calorie assault bike (if you try it, tell me how many rounds you completed!) Weekends are for fun- but make sure you push yourself in the gym first so all that fun goes to the right places, if you knoooow what I mean 😏🏋🏼‍♀️🍑 I did a long leg day yesterday that left me pretty sore, so I programmed this workout around my soreness & it was perfect! Happy Saturday y’all 🤠
