The incredible Elrod House was home to Arthur Elrod the designer used by esteemed Architects Richard Neutra and John Lautner. Built in 1968 and located in Palm Springs with its awe inspiring radial ceiling, Elrod described living here “as better than living in a piece of sculpture”. Three years after completion the house featured as the home of Willard White the James Bond villain in “Diamonds are Forever”. Sean Connery and Trina Parks can be seen lounging on a Martin Brattrud sofa between takes. With stunning views over the dessert, Palm Springs in the 1950’s and 1960’s was a favourite playground for Frank Sinatra and The Rat Pack.
