Last cutting seasons results. This has never been posted before, but I often refer back to these pics to remind myself of how spectacular my body changes during the brutal 3-4 months. It’s no where near perfect, but i can’t wait to bring my best me this summer! *PIC* weights 188lbs
One of the things I’m most grateful for on this #75hard journey has been finding a real love and connection with my yoga practice. I’ve tried and failed to really understand and see the benefits of a regular practice before, but with the two workout requirement for this challenge really, well, forced me to find a low impact yet challenging workout to close my nights out with. I’ve LOVED @adrienelouise and am on her 30 day yoga journey as we speak— this is a very very brief version of day 18’s flow, centered around the idea of believing!
Finding what feels good to me means more than just a posture— it means finding movement that brings me joy and gets my body moving while allowing my mind to refocus and center. I am soooo grateful for yoga and highly recommend all of you try out a session or two of at-home yoga!
