I just dropped a pretty chunk of💲on a new Coach
I’ve paid a few coaches over the years to teach me NEW styles of training. The past 2 years, I’ve coached myself in both workouts & nutrition👏🏼
Throughout that time, I’ve learned a lot > I’ve taken a ton of data, I’ve read a lot of articles, I’ve listened to shit ton of podcast yet, I’m still H U N G R Y.
My soul is telling me I still have room to grow🌱 >Physically, metabolically, mentally & in business.
I realized a long time ago, if you want to be successful, you have to surround yourself with successful people. People who have already paved the road you’re trying to go down & be willing to soak up as much as you can.
I know A LOT about training & nutrition. I’ve coached hundreds of women to physiques they’ve been dreaming of their whole life but, I don’t know it all.
Monday, I start a new training program with my new coach @erindimondfitness
Am I nervous? Yes, to be honest😐I’m nervous bc I’m giving her 120% of my effort PLUS 120% control. One thing I’ve never “given” to a coach is my nutrition > I’m trusting her to listen to me, teach me, guide me & help me get closer to all my goals.
Will I achieve all of them > as in, not be Hungry anymore? Hell no, I’ll always be hungry but, I will be a hell of a lot closer in half the time.
Asking for guidance in “your lane,” doesn’t mean you’re weak or a failure. The smartest, wealthiest & most successful people in the world have mentors in every area of their lives. It all goes back to, “working smarter, not harder.”
