New addition. Will be utilizing for tracking biometric data, fitness and nutrition more closely. Tracking biometrics and nutritional macronutrients is not a requirement for the development of a strong and aesthetic physique. Tracking fitness data however, I would argue is an absolute if you want to be effective and efficient with your time. The biggest factor I witness contributing to failure in fitness is inconsistency. The lack of discipline to simply log and review prior workout data (I.e., exercises, sets and repetitions) directly impacts that.
