Let’s see if this sounds familiar …⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Rapid fat loss challenge - low calorie cookie cutter diet plan, maybe a few recipes to use, extra training sessions wanted, they tell you what foods you can and can not eat, you struggle to get through this each day, but you persevere. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You do it, you get quick results, obviously (expend more energy, eat less energy) this is amazing right? Best challenge ever! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But what happens once the challenge is done? They take a few pictures for marketing, then they leave you on your way, zero education on what to do next. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You’ve been working so hard for the last 8 weeks, you can’t wait to get your hands on all the foods you were banned from eating so you opt for a pizza & a weekend on the piss…… but now you’re lost on what to do next. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s been 8 weeks since your challenge, you’ve binged, you’ve exercised less, and over consumed on food. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You gain the weight back what are you going to do now? you think ‘I am going to do their challenge again, it worked last time and this time I am going to keep it off’. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You’re now on your 5th challenge and still clueless and still not educated on the next steps. The only thing you’ve lost consistently over time is not fat but money. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You see the harm is in constant bounce backs, lack of education and constant rapid weight loss and weight re gain. December 2015; The end of the first semester of my freshman year of college. In this half of a semester I gained 10lbs & the next semester I continued to gain due to stress, change of environment, and excessive eating due to the munchies ( I was a huge pothead lol). By the end of my freshman year I had gained 30-40 lbs, and started having health problems. I developed low confidence, stress, breathing problems (started affecting my sleep), and chronic migraines. Everyone in my close circle didn’t see my weight gain as an issue, but they didn’t feel what I FELT inside; Which was sluggish, uneasy, unattractive, disgusting and DISAPPOINTED. Disappointed that I LET myself gain that much weight to the point where I felt like there was no return. Моё свежее #bikinyusya_допосле Работа @ed.gasparyan (Разница 3 года, 6 сезонов подряд) На мне хорошо срабатывает тяжёлый тренинг, но всё в меру, цнс не перегружается. Это даже в удовольствие, потому что работа слаженная, я доверилась профессионалу своего дела и беспрекословно всё выполняю! «Хочу не хочу» нужно оставлять дома. По больницам не бегаю и это наверное первый показатель профессионализма. Тренер бережёт наше женское здоровье! Push each exercise set to near “failure.” Failure means you could not do one more repetition in a set because of fatigue. For a 3-set exercise, you could start off with a heavy weight for 15 repetitions in the first set and then reduce each set by 2 so that your last set is 11 lifts. Even as you tire, you should attempt a maximum effort for each set.
