Where are all my Vata’s💛. I’ve been studying Ayurvedic, I took the quiz and learned my Dosha is Vata. I love the principals, and that it’s the sister science to Yoga.
I found a local Indian supermarket and bought Mung Dal and made Kitchari yesterday - and it wasn’t bad. It was “warm” and filled me up, and was really easy to digest. I will be making it again for sure! Since becoming a Breast Cancer Survivor recently, I want to invest more and more time being calm, present, and mindful. Understanding my Dosha is one way to help me get there!
