Monday’s pending... ⚠️ Something that is vital to a productive and motivational week is to set targets/goals at the start of the week. This gives us direction, a purpose, to motivate and be creative.
My goals vary from my nutrition, my workouts, daily duties or routines, or day specific goals.
The goals set should be reachable and attainable, but something to strive towards and not an easy cop out.
So, here’s a challenge to you -
Set yourself 1 goal, note it down and send it to me.
It can be absolutely anything! • Wake up 10 minutes earlier everyday to make breakfast. Or,
• Set aside time to workout at least twice this week. Or,
• Create a shopping list of foods I like and should incorporate more into my diet.
And so on.... Your choice.
I want you to be accountable and by letting me know as well as yourself, it gives you a purpose and a reason to get it done.
And most importantly..
Maintainable for the foreseeable future.
