Solo workout today! Had the step all to myself and yep I modified, and I’m OK with that! The only person I’m in competition with is myself, and focusing on being better then I was the day before. Some days my strengths show in different areas and I struggle in others. Before if I had a bad day or nutrition was horrible it would get me in a rut that I would struggle to get out of. I now have better control on my mindset and able to push through the struggles with more ease, with the help and support from my FIT FAM.
