Almost done with the @arbonne 30 day challenge and the results are just awesome. I love how they advocate lifestyle change as opposed to promising quick fixes (which DO NOT exist). Clean eating, portion control, smart choices. Just by making those a priority of mine, the Arbonne 30 has helped the process to a healthier version of myself very accessible. I’ve lost about 10 lbs and 5 inches off my waist and I feel great! On top of that my right leg is getting stronger because I refuse not to do anything about it. If anything I’ll be prepped and ready for a speedy recovery 💪🏾. Thanks to @dragon_earth_knight and @iconicmiramar for their fitness programming! Oh and of course huge shoutout to @catvaladezyoga @jeanettenpearson @alannadawn and @yogasix for balancing me out! I plan to keep the Arbonne 30 going again the next month of October! Barnes Green is a sweet spot to while away an afternoon. The 2020 @bostonmarathon qualifying times were the fastest ever. However, field size was increased by around 1500 this year, meaning one only had to beat the 3:00 mark by 01:39. I have enjoyed several hours happily staring into the pond thinking these fine margins over. Sometimes, the universe just shows up for you. . Ich hoffe, ihr seid gut ins Wochenende gestartet 😀 Heute habe ich trainingsfrei und morgen geht es wieder weiter 💪 Zweite Rückeneinheit steht an und Sonntag Beine 😎 Trainiert ihr am Wochenende? Meinen Trainingsplan werde ich in ein paar Tagen auch wieder etwas umstellen 😉 Heutiges Thema: Trainingsplanwechsel 👊 Warum sollst du deinen Trainingsplan überhaupt wechseln? Der Muskel gewöhnt sich schnell an die Belastung, im Schnitt dauert dies je nach Art des Trainings 6-10 Wochen. Aus diesem Grund musst du den Muskel immer wieder mit neuen Reizen belasten, denn nur wenn der Muskel unter einer ungewohnten Belastung trainiert wird, kann dieser stärker und größer werden ☝️ Der Körper profitiert von einer Abwechslung, genauso wie du selbst auch davon geistig profitieren wirst und dich ein neuer Trainingsplan neu motivieren kann 😏 Wenn du immer und immer wieder die gleiche Aktivität ausführst, wird dir nach einer gewissen Zeit langweilig, du verlierst unter Umständen die Lust und Motivation konsequent am Ball zu bleiben. Genau so wird dem Körper und der Muskulatur das Training irgendwann langweilig, wenn du dies nicht veränderst 🙃 Zum Beispiel durch den Wechsel der verschiedenen Ttrainingsarten wie Kraftausdauer, Hypertrophie oder Maximalkraft im Rahmen einer Periodisierung, wird dem Körper mit jedem Wechsel eine neue Belastung vorgestellt, an die er nicht mehr gewöhnt ist oder sogar noch nie gewohnt war 👊 Darauf reagiert dein Körper und will sich der neuen Belastung anpassen, dein Muskel wird stärker, größer und ausdauernder. Genauso gut kannst du den Muskel mit anderen Übungen, Wiederholungsbereichen, mehr Volumen oder mit verschiedenen Intensitätstechniken neu reizen 😎 Solange dein Trainingsplan funktioniert sollte dieser auch nicht groß verändert werden. Wenn du stärker wirst, Progression hast, beziehungsweise noch sichtbar Muskeln aufbaust macht es keinen Sinn den Trainingsplan zu verändern oder gar das System zu wechseln ✌️ Es ist aber ratsam den Trainingsplan alle 8-10 Wochen leicht abzuändern bzw. komplett zu wechseln, um Anpassungserscheinungen und Stagnationen entgegenzuwirken 😉 #workout #gym #fitness #training #fitnessaddict

Because there are thousands of great trainers, I have to always make sure I’m creating for the audience I want to target. Flexibility and endurance have been my key components to keeping myself in the best shape. Over the past month I’ve been creating a way of combining all of the things I love (cardio, strength, and flexibility) and I’ve started to test some of my new movements with clients and classes. This is first of many workouts with stretching, form, and control which is SO IMPORTANT for us to avoid injuries. If you are attempting some of the moves after the outside workout, pay attention to my form, feet, and angles, and modify it accordingly. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If You feel strain, ease back on the intensity. Stretching is NOT for the faint of hearts. Most of us haven’t stretched since Gym in school so 🙃. “I’m sweating, are you?”
