200 REP DUMBBELL CHALLENGE!!!
I hit a super heavy week in the gym this week, so I figured I could go for an intense yet quick upper body workout. So I decided to fabricate a 200 rep challenge that consists of 4 exercises, 50 reps each. This workout takes roughly 15 minutes to complete!
Perform all 4 exercises, 50 reps each, with minimal rest in between.
1️⃣DB punch to face guard - 50 reps
2️⃣Single arm DB raise w/ other arm holding static front shoulder raise - 25 reps each arm (50 total)
3️⃣Bent over DB row to rear delt fly - 50 reps
4️⃣Straight leg arm sit-up to tri extension at top - 50 reps
Had me super sore at the end😂😅
