You can see my lack of ability to balance today coincides with how I am feeling—which is not 100%. But, I still wanted to get some movement in, so I decided to try this new video from @aloyoga with @caleyalyssa and as you can see, I stumbled my way through it.
Bonus, though! I can still do the splits. 👏🏻 Was definitely not expecting to be anywhere near the ground and I was able to touch on BOTH sides!! That brightened my day fo’ sho!
It’s an even bigger deal because, tbh, I haven’t really worked them since back in July when I had my miscarriage. I was doing a splits flow before I started spotting (blood) and ever since then, I have kind of had an aversion to them.
But! Onwards and upwards, right?
